'Productive power' mobile impact crushersSponsored
Powerscreen impact crushers are designed to excel as primary impactors, taking large feed material and reducing it down to a sellable product.
Powerscreen's impactor range is ideal for shaping applications including making chips, sand, concrete manufacture, and glass recycling. The range includes both horizontal and vertical impact crushers.
Impactors are often used as a cost-effective alternative to jaw and cone combination plants as they have a good level of reduction and product shaping for many applications.
Product Focus: Trakpactor 290 horizontal impactor
The Powerscreen Trakpactor 290SR impact crusher performs in the most challenging of applications such as construction and demolition, asphalt, concrete, and natural rock. The compact design allows it to operate in small landing spaces and be easily transported from site to site.
Impact crusher ‘Trakpactor 290SR’ being feed by ‘Warrior 600’ scalping screen. Location South Island, New Zealand. Crusher making AP65 / screener scalping fines from feed material
Applications
A versatile and easy to use compact impact crusher that can operate in the most demanding of applications such as recycling, demolition, quarrying and aggregate production.
Recirc intergrated system
The integrated system ensures the required product specification is achieved with oversized material either recirculated back to the crusher or stockpiled.
Portable solution
The machine sets up rapidly and is simple to operate. The compact size also provides extreme ease of transportation, making this portable crusher an ideal solution for remote job sites.
Enclosed hopper
Material is fed into a fully enclosed hopper, which eliminates any potential for material spillage down into the engine bay beneath.
Rapid setup
It is the perfect solution for onsite recycling in urban areas and is easy to transport from site to site where it can be rapidly set up from ground level. This along with the intuitive two-button start up sequence ensures the customer can be crushing in minutes.
Easy operator maintenance & serviceability
With ground level access to the engine, hydraulics, service, and refuelling points, it ensures maintenance is easy for the operator.
- Configuring the machine to suit differing applications is straightforward
- Designed with the operator in mind in terms of ease of use and serviceability
- Easy engine service access with ‘walk in’ ability at rear to access engine dipstick/filters
- Hydraulic components grouped together, and electrical components grouped together for easy troubleshooting
- Post-Screen can be lowered to horizontal to ease mesh change and maintenance
- Ability to quickly detach the complete afterscreen system to convert machine to a straight through model or be able transport it separately
