Customer care is at the heart of Stevens' offerings and it aims to give them the best possible experience by perfecting products to work optimally in the New Zealand market.

Titan & Warrior

The Powerscreen® Titan & Warrior ranges are made up of high capacity, heavy duty, versatile machines capable of screening and separating a wide variety of material in the most difficult and demanding of applications. Their large screening area allows for high volumes of processing.

The screen media variety, along with a fast setup, makes them user-friendly and an excellent option for both ownership and rental.

Scalping screens

Stevens offers a range of mobile screens and scalpers suitable for New Zealand applications. Scalper screens are all-round screens that combine versatility, manoeuvrability, and transportability with high performance. The most common mobile screening plants are tracked scalping and incline screens. In addition are horizontal screens.

Scalper direct feed screens are suitable for a large variety of applications from heavy-duty scalping to precision screening. Typical applications are sand & gravel, shot rock, soils, dirt, mulch, asphalt millings and aggregates.

Scalping screens can also be used after a crushing process to produce up to 3 finished products. Mobile screening plants are also used in conjunction with a mobile crushing plant to size material at a high rate effectively.

Applications

A scalping screen can be best used for demolition & contracting applications where you deal with inconveniently shaped materials. An incline screen, on the other hand, works extremely well in sand & gravel and aggregates applications.

Screening efficiency and production

These screens offer ideal product gradation control. With the flexibility and mobility of the track unit, producers can quickly and easily produce the material they need.
