High throughput smart solutions from Doppstadt

Selector 800.2 is compact, robust in design and offers high production capacities.

The perfect separation solution even for difficult material streams: industrial waste, garbage, mixed construction waste, green waste, waste wood or biowaste.

Handling mixed materials tend to become wrapped in day-to-day recycling operations. The Selector 800.2 readily accepts such challenges though. The system separates material streams without any risk of clogging, jamming, or wrapping. Screen openings clean themselves. With the Selector 800.2 model, the oversized particles get re-circulated to the shredder by an integrated belt.

Interchangeable decks – depending on material requirements, the system may be equipped with spiral shaft screening decks (SWS) or star screening decks (DST).

The Selector can either be driven completely by the additional hydraulic connection of a shredder or directly by an external powerpack.

A perfect machine combo is achieved if the Selector is driven by a shredder, which can produce a final product inline.

The Selector 800.2 with mobile hooklift system is the rugged separation solution that provides maximum process reliability at low coperating costs.

The hooklift mobility, compact transport dimensions, short setup times and the integrated re-circulating belt of the 800.2 model ensure high mobility.

The Pronar MRW 2.85 twin-shaft slow-speed shredder is designed for processing all kinds of material including municipal waste, construction waste, pallets, green waste, and general bulky materials. The machine is equipped with a diesel engine with a capacity of up to 298kW.

An important advantage of the machine is its mobility, or the ability to quickly be transported to any place.

Efficient throughput – shredding is accomplished by its two heavy-duty shafts running simultaneously, giving it the power to reduce nearly any kind of material with a throughput of up to 40 tons per hour, depending on what’s being shredded.

Powerful – powerful CAT engine features a 700-litre fuel tank that keeps the machine running throughout the day, with little to no interruption to the workflow.

Heavy-duty – equipped with a series of sharp and biting knives and counter knives. Two heavy-duty shafts operate at a max speed of 37/42 rpm and feature a solid loading hopper.

The shredder has the option to choose the control programme depending on the type of feed material.

Working parts are made of wear-resistant steel, which ensures long and trouble-free operation of the machine.
