Diverse range of materials

Powerscreen’s scalping screens are dependable and efficient at separating a diverse range of materials, including recycling materials, aggregates, compost, topsoil, coal, construction waste, and iron ore.

Applications

Typical scalping screen applications include blast rock/quarrying and recycling concrete and asphalt, sand and gravel, compost, topsoil, coal, construction and demolition waste, and iron ore.

Recycling

Powerscreen equipment can provide an ideal solution for generating profit from waste. It can process various types of waste, including C&D, asphalt, and concrete rubble to washout, producing and segregating sized products. This allows waste to be reused as product on-site or sold, cutting down on transport costs and emissions, thus avoiding waste disposal costs and reducing virgin material use.

Building and construction

Powerscreen machines are portable and can be transported directly to site to screen the waste from demolition projects. Onsite recycling allows users to turn existing waste into reusable and sellable products, increasing profits and reducing carbon footprints.

Titan range

The Powerscreen Titan range fills the gap for a secondary scalper range, offering a cost-effective solution in high-volume applications where all of the features of the equivalent Warrior model may not be required. The range is effective in aggregates, biomass, C&D waste, and recycling.

Designed keeping customers in mind, the Titan range offers a more economical machine to cater to those secondary or recycling screening applications. With an array of features and performance, it can help increase the bottom line for its owners.
