Metso’s mobile crushers and screens are well known for the results they deliver to their customers. There has never been a better time for New Zealand operations to invest in Metso’s mobile equipment.

Metso Outotec’s range of mobile crushing and screening equipment, available in New Zealand from MIMICO, offers a cost-effective and efficient way to attack this market.

Metso:Outotec’s Lokotrack mobile screens

Metso Lokotrack ST mobile screens give you high screening capacity and excellent productivity with a range of feed materials. They are highly mobile and ideal for contractors and aggregate producers who need efficiency and versatility to handle a variety of applications.

The Metso Lokotrack ST range of track-mounted screening plants provides multiple options, depending on produced material, production volume, site characteristics and location. Lokotrack screens are customisable and fit for many different needs – they can also be tailored or modified later if production requirements change.

Lokotrack ST products can be easily combined with other Lokotrack units, both mechanically and via their automation, for more efficient operation. Because they are easy to connect and combine, Lokotrack ST products are particularly well-suited to multi-stage processes.

Lokotrack ST multi-use scalping screens

Multi-use Lokotrack ST scalping screens are engineered to screen and scalp blasted rock, sand and gravel, recycled concrete and top soil. This makes then ideal for the production of construction and landscaping materials.

The Lokotrack ST2.3 is the newest multi-use scalping screen in the ST range. ST2.3 is our most compact mobile screen for primary scalping. With its aggressive stroke (up to 13mm), wide screen (1.5m) and adjustable screen angle it is ideal for general contractors with various materials to process such as top soil, compost, recycled materials, crushed rock, sand and gravel.

The Lokotrack ST2.4 mobile screen combines high output with clean, accurate end products from all feed materials. Despite its small size the ST2.4 is a durable and efficient screen for any primary scalping, topsoil and recycled waste screening application. With options like apron feeder and two way split the ST2.4 is ideal for heavy duty scalping applications at the pit face, or separation prior to primary crushing.

The Lokotrack ST2.8 mobile scalping screen makes the scalping of sticky recycling material look easy. The design principle is simple: optimise capacity in demanding scalping and minimise unprofitable time on site. The stickier the feed material, the more throw needed in the scalping screen. The ST2.8 has the biggest eccentric throw on the market to make it the best unit for the screening of topsoil, demolition waste and river gravel. With a high capacity 4860 x 1520mm (16'x 5') screen box, the ST2.8 gives excellent capacity in many applications.

The Lokotrack ST2.4E and ST2.8E models are equipped with e-Power that gives twice the choice for a business. Plug it to the grid for quiet, emission-free, and economical scalping in the cities, and enjoy the flexibility of a modern low-emission and low noise diesel engine out in the country.
